Sent wrong keychain

Though I already bought keychains for both me AND my husband, when I saw these I wanted them. This is a couples keychain that has the key on one keyring and the heart on the other. On the heart it says "You hold they key to my heart." The writing on the key says "Forever." I loved the way they looked. But that is not what came in the mail. Instead I got another keychain the seller offers that says "You're my favorite asshole." My 14 year old got a kick out if and claimed it for himself. I was disappointed to not receive the one I fell in love with. I contacted the seller through Amazon and never heard back. Their keychains have all been really good, as have some of their other products. But it doesn't look like customer service and timely response is a priority.
