Perfect for cooking

For those of you who have spent hours and hours cooking in the heat of the summer, you will know the problem I faced. I was working with temperature of 121 degree Celsius for toffee, jam a little lower but not much and even higher temp for hard crack candies. I was struggling, I had back piles of orders and even used the early hours of the morning to cook. Dehydrated, tired and over heating I had to find a cure without compromising the food. This was my answer, carefully placed it kept me cool, didn't affect the food and is excellent quality. 

I managed to cook through the night, fulfill the orders and didn't collapse of heat exhaustion. The next week the temperature outside was lower, I still used this little gem though, it's a chef's secret weapon. 

I highly recommend this, it's a great little fan, usb powered it'll keep you cool no matter where you are.
