I was very surprised when I got these they are VERY sharp! They have a good weight they are not cheap feeling at all but what I love best is the magnetic holder. You can put them up away from kids but still know where they are when you need them. They are easy to clean, but like I said sharp so be carful! They cut very well like butter I used them on veggies and then after cleaning cut up a half of chicken no problem very little pressure needed. You don’t relize how much you needed these till you have them. I would buy these again and I would even buy these as a gift for someone they are that nice.
