Great set of 2 Boards

With all of the cooking and baking that we do in our home, we need to replace our cutting boards periodically. The old ones were beginning to look pretty scarred and cut up, so I started looking around for a new set. This set came up for review, so I decided to try them out.

These are not overly large boards, both being relatively small in size, so will fit easily in a drawer, which is where we store all of our cutting boards. They are also small enough to easily go through the dishwasher without getting the in way of anything, which is important for my family who doesn't seem to know how to wash dishes unless it is with the dishwasher. The are made of thick plastic, BPA free and FDA approved, and are sturdy and strong.

Each board has a handle cut in it for easy control when cutting (if you hold on to your board and not the item you are cutting) or for carrying. It is also great for hanging them from hooks in the kitchen. They also have small silicone like corners on them that have nubs on the bottom to keep them from slipping on the counters. The boards are not self healing, so you WILL see the scores in them from cutting, but at least you won't be cutting your counters or tables.

The smaller cutting board is just the right size for quick chopping of herbs and garnishes, or in my case hot dogs and cheese for the baby. The larger is more accommodating to meats and larger veggies, though you can use either for any cutting you need to do.

Overall, both of these cutting boards are great and are exactly what I needed for my kitchen. Great value and a great product.
