Exactly as described and works wonders

These really work and they work great. At first you will need to practice but once you get the hang of it they are super easy to use. You more often than not will feel a tight sensation in the zone that the cup is placed however, this sensation is unwinding and alleviating. When using the cups they can be moved around or left set up. these can be used anywhere on the body but I would suggest using it in places that are fatty. These do cause the skin to briefly turn red or a blueish purple color but that is normal and can last any place from a couple of days to two or three weeks. It's best to wait for the imprints to clear up before repeating the cupping therapy. I love these and would definetly recommend
