Great Product

This product is fantastic! I was planning on purchasing some rope lights for my deck. I have an outdoor deck with a canvas awning over it and I wanted some lights to put underneath (inside) the awning that would not only be decorative but also provide some task lighting at night. I looked at rope lighting at HD and the other big box store but wasn't too impressed. After looking around I found these lights which seemed to be more what I was looking for and I have been extremely happy with my purchase. I have purchased  a few sets, am using 3 and kept the rest for a backup.

These lights are very small so I was able to string them through the grommets on the underside of the awning, lining each support pole, - creating kind of a starry-night kind of vibe. The remote allows me to dim the lights to whatever level I want, so if I need to actually see something at night I can with the lights at full power, or I can dim them way down for a romantic dinner feel. My wife loves them as well and has told me they were a great purchase. They really add a cool ambiance to the space.

In addition to dimming the lights, you can also make them flash at various rates, - I guess if your having a dance party or something. The sting is made up of exposed copper wires with the LED lights affixed roughly 4 inches apart (guesstimate). The copper string seems fairly sturdy to the point where it looks as though I should get several seasons of use out of them. I definitely recommend these lights.
