Very nice comfy heel pads!

These silicone adhesive pads stick very well. They are very comfortable and cushy but not at all bulky.

My walking shoes always start eroding in the heel area first while the rest if the shoe is still in great shape. I've tossed out good shoes before because of this. That area of the heel is very sensitive and when the shoe exposes the hard parts where the foam or padding is then gone it can be a deal breaker for those shoes even if the rest of the shoe is good.

So I've been looking for something to pad it up without making the shoe hard to put on and these really did the trick.

There were three sets in this and I love to have the extras for other shoes or to put into my hiking bag for an emergency heel pad. 

I will keep getting these. I'd like to see them come out with some wider ones also. These fit right over the main culprit area though so I'm happy with these Dr Foot Pads and pleased to add more life to my shoes not to mention the comfort!
