Gourmet Burgers at a fraction of the price!

I absolutely love this item and am super happy that I have added it to my kitchen appliances. I eat both meat and veggie patties and this device is useful for both. I made turkey burgers stuffed with mozzarella and basil and made black bean burgers. I have made both items before in the past without the burger press and for some reason they would fall apart. With the burger press my burgers stayed intact. I made the turkey burgers on the grill and the grill mat helped disperse the heat and made clean up super easy (a plus for someone like me who abhors cleaning). The black bean burgers I made on the stove top. The parchment paper also made it easy for clean up as well. I honestly felt like I couldn't have had better burgers at a restaurant. The presentation was amazing!

If you are planning to use the Burger Press to make lots of burgers, I would advise to make the patties the night before since you can only make one at a time.

I would definitely recommend this item to everyone. It requires use of both hands, so there may be accessibility issues for others.
