The Yan Hou Tag Grey Oolong Tea is a great afternoon tea as it have very little caffeine (caffeine level is low). The tea has earthy flavor, depending on how long and how much of the loose tea you use, the taste can be smooth or very strong. I use a tea infuser bottle to brew the tea, I can let it brew from 15 minutes to overnight. I have tried it without sweetner, with cream (1/2 & 1/2) and sugar and with almond milk and sugar in the raw. I like it best with almond milk and sugar in the raw or just plain.
