New Year, better me, healthier me. Starting with a Waist Trimmer Belt that acts as lumbar support too! I've been wearing this daily, even when I'm not on the treadmill. It's comfortable. VERY adjustable. Up to 45" around. The more I do, the more I sweat. The material is very similar to a wetsuit on the inside and the look of faux leather on the outside with TONS of Velcro so the belt stays tight and it doesn't curl anywhere.
