These 60 capsules support healthy fat burning and increased metabolism. The bottle states the dietary supplement should be taken 2 pills a day. With the first ingredient being calcium carbonate, additional ingredients are acai berry, green tea, green coffee extract, raspberry kenotes, and mango. There is a warning on the bottle regarding who should take it and to consult their doctor before using. A stamp on the bottom states the container received is LOT#T16K011 with MFG: 12/16. 

~ Why ~
The best thing about this product is it is made in the United States at an approved GMP facility. Although I am not over-weight, I have struggled keeping off 5 pounds, especially since it is the holidays. The capsules are oblong ovals so easy to swallow. In taking it, I found I did not crave food as much. 

~ Why Not ~
Those who are skeptical of non-prescription natural supplements may avoid this product. Others may be concerned that some of the ingredients will negatively interact with prescription drugs, so contacting a physician or pharmacist is ideal. Since I have too much calcium already in my body, I may have to check to see if taking these will cause a problem. 

~ Wish ~
My concern is the bottle I received is a year old, and the shelf life of this product is unknown. It would be helpful if the bottle mentioned if the supplements need to be taken on an ongoing basis for maximum outcome or only whenever needed for weight loss. I wish the bottle contained more than one month of pills. 

~ Want ~
If you are looking for a natural supplement that is made in America and does not include a lot of drugs or strange herbs, this may work, but I hope you get a more recently manufactured bottle that I have had to mark down for being a year old.
