Having already bought a set for myself and getting the hang of it very quickly I decided to get another for my sister who also suffers from restless legs.
This set arrived quickly and in a lovely product box that is perfect for wrapping as a present. Inside the box is 3 silicone cups and a handy carry bag which is perfect for taking these cups away on holiday with you and due to their size they take up minimal room.
The cups are a good size and getting the right amount of suction to suit takes minimal time to master, simply place the cup on the skin and determining on the amount of squeezing done will make the suction stronger so it really is just tril and error.
Once I had the suction right I could slide it up and down my arm and the sensation is slightly weird but not in the least bit sore and my arm felt relaxed while doing it, the redness faded quickly and this is a massage that I would definitely recommend to anyone.
No hesitation in rcommending these especially when priced so well compared to repeated massages.
