I really hate flossing. I always have, but this portable water flosser is perfect for me. It is made for beginners, but I feel like there is still a little bit of a learning curve. You really need to make sure you close your mouth around the tip of the flosser or you will make a mess with all the water. You twist the top to take it off to fill it and store your 2 flossing tips. It is charged thru USB cable. There is only one button that you have to push to operate the unit. Once you learn to use it, it works very well at cleaning between your teeth and to stimulate your gums. The unit is very quiet to use, and is the perfect size to pack in a suitcase for travel.
