Seems to be working

Purchased this because although I don’t have weight issues I’m at that age where the dreaded middle age spread has attacked my waist and I’m desperate to get my small waist back and not the thick set one that Mother Nature wants me to have lol

its super easy to put on, Velcro can be adjusted for the perfect fit... in my job I spend a lot of time on the move so I quite often wear it for a fair amount of my day 

I thought that maybe it would roll up or be uncomfortable to wear. Sit down etc but it really isn’t...there’s no itching or irritation and apart from the fact that I can feel my fat sweating I wouldn’t know I was wearing it.. sub conciliatory it clearly forces me to hold my Stomach In and I love it

Time will tell if I achieve the results I’m after but I’m confident I will ...
