So easy to use!!

I purchased these after reading a forum that was written about how fabulous this simple little cups are!!

personally for me I’ve got them because my legs are cursed with cellulite and these apparently will help!! The idea is to create a suction and Get the blood circulation going and massaging deep into the tissue

So Ive been using them in the shower whilst using shower gel as I can get a good suction and go up and down my legs with ease... it’s still to early to see how much of a benefit I will get from these in such s short time m but my skin does seem a little firmer and obviously I’m getting the blood flowing and fat moving so I’m certain they’ll make a difference 

I will also be using them on my arms to try and help ease muscle ache and the pain of tennis elbow
