Brought more than one set of these in the end as my boy said they were so comfortable and really helped with achey feet..
These ones were for me and I wish I’d bought them ages ago!! I’m on my feet constantly for 6 days a week and sometimes my feet ache so bad and then that starts my restless leg syndrome off!!
These gel insoles have been amazing.. they are soft and squishy and are a pleasure for the feet... they absorb every shock and are like walking on cushions
They're breathable because of the tiny holes and so you don’t get uncomfortable sweaty or pongy feet
They can be cut down to size but it was necessary for me as I’m a size 8.. sizing is on them so cutting down to size is a breeze
They really have been a god send and at the end of the day my feet feel like been pampered even after an 8 hour shift!!
