When you are working out you want to listen to music. Listening to music can help pump you up and give you more energy as you are doing your various exercises and keep you going. One thing that is hard to find is a good set of headphones that are not super expensive as I tend to wear them out. I finally found a really nice set of earphones that are perfect for working out.
