I initially bought this watch for my daughter who was 11, but it was way too big for a child's wrist. So I'm using it instead, and it fits my wrist but it is a little bulky still. It's very user-friendly and it's easy to download the app onto my phone and also sync and Link The Watch to the app. It is not as user-friendly as other Fitness tracker watches I have had but it does accurately count the steps and gives me a close to accurate BPM and blood pressure. The alarm clock is a very nice feature on this watch because it vibrates to wake me up which is better than most other watches I've had that just beep. Another flaw in this watch is that it does not come with a charging chord or box so I am subjected to having to find a place to charge it, on either my laptop or the side of my television. This is not convenient but it is doable, could be an issue for a person who does not have a USB port on anything other than a charger box for a phone. I tried it on my phone charger box and it does not work.
