Great for yoga, pilates, squats against the wall and even core training.
My Mom-in-Law has a large exercise ball and I thought t to get this smaller work-out ball for her as well. She loves to do squats against the wall with this smaller kind of ball. She likes it for core training too. Very sturdy and well-made. Recommend.
