Realised how unfit I was

People use these and have seen them all over the Internet and fitness websites and have always been intrigued about what they would be like to use and what kind of outcome and results Could be achieved. After all they are relatively inexpensive compared to other fitness equipment that you can purchase so I’ll be honest I wasn’t overly confident, but as I say I was curious so I purchased them

When they arrived they were well packed they did come in their own storage pouch and then take them out they just looked kinda ordinary 

Though I say that compared to some that I had seen on the Internet that just appeared to be thin plastic strips  these definitely didn’t look like that!  Although great value they Looked and felt better quality, you could tell that just by feeling the fabric, there is no flimsy plastic here,  they looked more robust and if I’m honest they did actually look like they’re probably be hard work and Thinking about it LOL

In total there was the storage bag, Containing three different sizes and different colour bands... I’d Already had a look at their website to realise that each colour I need size had a different resistance, I guess I had to put it to the test to see if they actually did do anything with or if I would be able to get on with them

They were comfortable to wear to be honest and I’m nice and grippy with a nonslip texture, however I didn’t last very long LOL boy do they kill your muscles, I am seriously unfit and I’m tired with seriously weak leg bottom muscles .  Each band  has a different resistant level and therefore is harder on the muscles , I used The ‘easiest’ band too!!  It’s something I need to persevere with clearly and I’ll be honest with you it’s probably something that I’ll put off day after day after day For fitness purposes I reckon if you going to make a habit of using these daily and building your fitness levels up,  could even do it while watching TV, to be honest of you I reckon that you would have great results.

I reckon when my muscles have forgiven me I will restart using them and maybe start off with once a week and see how I go.

I cannot not recommend these, they do what they say on the tin, they are great value and it is possible to achieve the results that they promised, Ive since watched a fair amount of YouTube just not made for lazy people like me
