Livin' Legend Hair Removal Device For Women

First off, i was excited to get this hair removal, it showed that it can be used on multi-skin tones with a chart of the skin tones (pictures above) and usually a person of darker skin can’t use these. So i was excited to try this one out. It was delivered weeks before the delivery due date, which was good. Once i open the amazon package, the items box was damaged and the seal that was around it was opened as well. I was going to overlook the damaged package. I then opened to inspect the product and it came with: the hair removal, AC Adapter, Safety Glasses, User manual and Shaver. I inspected the hair removal it was a nice looking device. Then i looked at the top of it and it looked glued together and it was quite noticeable. I was still excited to use it and then i begin to charge it so it would be ready for me to use the next day, but just to test it on a little part of my arm first to see if there would be any irritation first. I read the whole manual and grew concerned because, it said it really wasn’t for darker skin, it actually stated not for darker skin or black skin along with a chart. Then i continue to read then there was another chart and it showed my complexion can use it, so at this point i was not only confused but, grew more concerned to use it. Again, i was going to just try it on my arm first and wait a couple of days to see if i had any problems. Well the next night and it was a full day and a half it charged and it didn’t even work at all. I tried everything and did what the manual said and nothing. I emailed the seller to return this item and when they responded they accepted my return but wanted me to pay for shipping on something that does not work. I contacted Amazon and they got involved and said if i need more help to get this return to notify them and they will help it get resolved. Today the seller said they would refund my money and to keep the item. Well because it does not work, it was tossed in the trash.
