Definately a new take on the old rubix cube. I bought this for my son for Christmas because he had expressed interest in a rubix cube and I thought he might like this product. He enjoyed trying to match up the colors but ran into a few issues along the way.

1. Product glides too well. When turning to match the colors, it turns so easily and fast that it's easy to slip out of your hands. 

2. Pieces of the plastic pop off after using briefly. The trianglular corner pieces would continuously pop off when he used it.

Extreme is right, my son found this to be too hard of a puzzle and had great difficulty with it. It's not something I can necessarly reccomend due to the issues he had with the product but It did keep him engaged and entertained for a while.
