Good knife

I’m a chef myself and I couldn’t help but buy this for the price. My everyday knife is a global, great knife, sharp as can be.  I liked the style of this knife, the wavy blade, the wooden handle, but I must say, I know knives and I was skeptical of the overall quality. Upon receiving the knife I was happily surprised to find it came in a nice box with a cutout for it inside. The knife has a good weight to it, nicely balanced and sharp. The blade isn’t the highest quality but it is pretty good I must say. I have been using it at work for over a week and it’s been able to handle anything I’ve thrown at it. Also and added bonus are 2 little plastic pieces one for the tip and one for the heel of the blade for storage. These may same minor but when you are putting away and then going to reach for a sharp knife it’s nice to have those parts covered. Overall good purchase! Time will tell how well it holds up.
