These silicone shoe insoles by SLDHR work very well. They are high quality, well made, and durable, sturdy insoles. I bought these for my husband as he just started a new construction job. He says that these insoles really help to give him some extra support and cushioning where he needs it most while working. His feet do not hurt as bad as they used to before I got him these. They are made from soft, smooth silicone gel that properly supports your feet, especially in the arch areas. You have to trim these insoles down to your size and then place them in your shoes.
