Good size chopper. Sturdy and larger than the round one I have.

I enjoy salads (both fruit and vegetable), but don’t enjoy cutting them up. Things tend to try to escape from me while I am cutting them. This helps prevent their escape though. I can throw everything into the bowl and use one of my larger knives (this is a must) to cut the fruits or vegetables inside to whatever consistency I prefer. I actually did have a smaller one of these, but I found that it did not cut enough vegetables or fruit to feed even half of my family, so it seemed like it took forever. Since this one is larger, it doesn’t take as long to prepare meals anymore, and, as a stay at home mom, I am always happy about something that makes meal prep easier and shorter. Another nice thing about this is that it can be taken apart, thus requiring less storage space than one of the round cutters.
