well what can i say another great combination of birch leaves, nettle, fennel seeds, chestnut leaves and wild cherry stems all in one little tablet wicked .this combo of herbs will detox your body in different ways.the one thing i noticed straight away was how i was felling after taking my first few tablets, real refreshed helped me feel less bloated . i do suffer form a few ache and pains at my age but i will say it seem to have helped my my joints a little do not feel that bad after a few tablet but as they say early days yet do finger crossed but will say that the combo of the herbs they have anti inflammatory hints in there make up get what i mean .you have a well made product a nice balance of different herbs all with there own different combo of properties . i will be using with other supplements. i will say i have emailed the company a few times asking for other information they could not be more understanding and real good with the information i asked for 10 out of 10 for customer service .so far i am very happy with this body balance complex . i will be getting more from them in next few days . great company that you can trust .
