Decent quality

Got this for a friend who works park time at the cafe and she was very pleased with it. She said that it's a decent quality and holds plenty of stuff. She is a plus size woman and ties were long enough for her. Originally this item was posted for $5.99 but then it raised to $9.99. In my opinion it's not worth it, you can get 3-4 of the same item through ebay shipped from China, of course it would take weeks to receive it but if the wait isnt an issue then save your money.
