I have been looking for a clock that would let our son know when it's ok to get out of bed because sometimes he wakes up too early and I don't always hear him get up. This clock begins to glow a half hour before the alarm and gradually gets brighter until the alarm goes off to simulate sunrise and help wake you slowly. It can also be used as a lamp with the touch of a button and has several other colored lights to choose from. The alarm sound choices are musical, not just an annoying sound (though you can choose that if it's your thing). I love it so much I'm thinking about getting one for myself! Note: I received this product at a reduced price in exchange for my review, but all opinions are my own.
