I bought these for an elderly relative who need backless slippers as he has problems bending down to put slippers on so I thought these would be good for him so when he gets out of bed he can just slip his feet into them. Also as the old chap suffers from arthritis in his feet, knees and back the fact that these have orthopaedic insoles is a real bonus if they can help a bit with that.
The slippers come in a cardboard box and the uppers are made from suede leather so should keep his feet warm but not cause them to sweat. The soles are made from what looks like micro-cellular rubber which is light and hard wearing and allow my relative to pop outside in them without ruining them.
I ordered his normal size and they fit him well and he reckons that after he "wore them in" that they are very comfortable and he said he wants a spare pair for Christmas just in case something happens to his new slippers so he must really like them.
