far better than the one it replaced!

I've had a dash cam for over three years because I was involved in an accident.  The other party that caused the accident was stretching the truth so I began to have one for my own protection.  I once witnessed a man running to a house acting very unusual... I reported it to the homeowner and told him I had video.  The never found the person but I had something that would help them if they were robbed.  This is important now days, to have proof of an occurrence.  This dash cam was a big improvement for me with lots more techy stuff.  The wide angle lens is adjustable and it is true wide angle for a small camera!  The pictures I will post will have the wrong date and time stamp since I was in a hurry to play with it.  I also love the photo wave feature. You can wave at a sensor in front of the screen and you can hear it snap a picture!  Love the loop recording... something I'm not used to enjoying since I spent a few seconds formatting sd card in my car with my oldie. I can't enjoy the motion detection part since my car does not charge while off in park.  One pic is of me at night time playing with the settings -the date and time are correct in that one.  Easy set-up...  Lot of bells and whistles.  Very nice picture and video!  For the price I couldn't ask for a better dash cam.  I would buy as a gift and would recommend it to friends.  I've had it for a while so I can give an honest opinion!  I included a pic of my old dash cam... what a difference!
