Works Great Right Out of the Box!

I have been wanting one of these but was putting off getting one because i was concerned they'd be glitchy and hard t

o use. But I plugged this in, right out of the box, and had no problems. (I have an iphone Xs Max, FYI.)   It prompts you to add the app that it works with and that took a couple of seconds. And in a matter of minutes, I was backing up pictures and music on to the drive.  I'm really amazed by how well it works.  I didn't even read any instructions. It's all self-explanatory on the phone screen.  I can't imagine it being any easier.

And it's not only got the lightning connection and USB connection, but it's got a micro-USB connection if you flip up the USB.  So I'm not sure and I'm wondering if you can transfer pics from an iphone to an android using this.  I have an old android stored away, I'll have to pull it out and try it out and come back and edit this if it does work.

Only one complaint, but not enough of an issue that I needed to take off a star.  I wish the lightning stem was a little longer.  It won't slide in all the way with my phone case on.  I have a slim Otterbox, but it's got the rubber bumper around the edge and that makes it hard to plug this in far enough so that it works.  I had to pull back the bumper at that spot in order to plug it in.  But that isn't a huge deal and probably the same issue you're going to find with any of them.

I am so happy with this that I think I might need a few more!  So yes, I'd definitely recommend this drive.
