Uses a filter stick and comes with 1 extra filter!

This is a cute cactus humidifier which adds a little moisture to my dry house in the winter. It is the perfect size for my bedroom nightstand.

The humidifier is 5 1/2 inches tall and 3 inches wide. It comes with a USB power cord and will need plugged into any USB port or a USB wall adapter (not included).  To start the humidifier, pull the cactus up and off and pour 1 cup of water (8 oz) in the container. When you pour the water in, fill less than the fill line so it doesn't overflow when you place the lid back on.  Place the cactus top back on and allow it to set for a few minutes to absorb water in the filter. Once it has absorbed some water, press the on/off button and steam will start to flow. If the steam doesn't start flowing, give it a few more minutes for the filter to to absorb water. Press the on/off button again to turn it off.

The steam will be a nice cool mist. The bottle will continue flowing cool steam until the water is gone about 6-8 hours and will automatically shut off. 

Since this humidifier has filter stick, it is best not to add essential oil to the water because it could cause it to stop working or clog up. If you prefer to add essential oil, I would only add 1 or 2 drops but my suggestion would be to get a diffuser that is made to use with essential oil.
