Arrived quickly. Got ready to use the black color and it barely came out, then didn’t at all. Since I was getting ready to go out, I tried the blue color and it didn’t work either. So, I took out my trusted liquid eyeliner and finished my makeup. I was really looking forward to using this; love the concept. Afraid the other colors may be defective as well. I emailed the seller and they advised that manufacturer may have forgot to add liquid to powder for color and that they would address that with them.
