Jinlun Rechargeable Electric Arc Windproof Lighter

I recently saw someone with one of these electronic lighters and asked her what it was and she showed me it and I thought it was a neat gadget . Although I don't smoke cigarettes I still like to have a lighter around the flat to light my scented candles, gas cooker rings if the ring igniter spark doesn't work and other things. Until recently I'd been using disposable gas lighters and realised that using these was bad for the environment as they all end up in land fill somewhere so thought that by getting an electronic lighter would be the "greener" alternative and decided to get this one.

This one came in a box with a recharging cable and a user guide, you can charge it from a power bank. any USB port on a computer or laptop, a phone charger etc. The lighter is quite heavy, made from metal and feels quite strong and of good quality. On the base is a power switch and a micro USB connection for charging and on the body there is a button for activating the lighter. The lighter is cylindrical in shape and looks like a longer fatter lipstick and it has a matt black finish which doesn't show finger marks, The top of the lighter flips open and there are four electrodes which make two arcs when the button is pressed. I find this very useful and I'm sure by using this instead of disposable gas lighters I'm doing my bit to save the planet.
