It’s working!!

I watch what I eat and have done my whole life but I’m so god damn lazy and just can’t motivate myself to get to the gym

i feel insecure about being around all those toned bodies and it fills me with dread 

but I desperately want to be toned, especially as I’m getting older and the old middle age spread sets in, even tho my eating habits haven’t changed... I think I look ok for someone who’s had 4 (big) babies but I want to feel amazing 

then I saw this advertised and after reading the reviews thought I’d give it a go... not gonna lie I honestly didn’t hold out much hope but toning up while I went about my day or lounged on the sofa was a thought to good to resist 

when it arrived I couldn’t wait to give it a try.. charged it up and stuck the pads on my abs and my arms... hate my bingo wings...turned it on to the lowest level and laid back... sensation was weird but bearable ... 2 weeks on and I’ve moved to higher intensity... my bingo wings have shown no improvement but my abs definitely ... this fits in with my life and I’m seeing results !! Who knew!! 

Theres new gel pads when I need them... still using the first ones as obviously I’m not hairy and cover them when not in use... charge lasts ages too... actually can’t complain about them at all
