No more smelly sponges by my sink

I got these Silicone Sponges to replace the smelly sponges by my sink. I find that these work just as well on my dishes, and when they get dirty I just toss them into the washer, or run them through the dishwasher along with my dishes. They come out clean and ready to use again. My son doesn't like them nearly as well as I do, but since I am the one who does the dishes, I will keep using these. They may not work well for scrubbing off food that is badly stuck on, but then again, neither did my sponge.

I use them for my dishes, but I also use them for scrubbing some of my fresh veggies. They work good for cleaning potatoes and other vegetables. They get the dirt off better than any other method I have tried. I'm sure there are other areas where they would also come in handy. Someone suggested using them in the bath and I see no reason why they would not work well there too, although I haven't tried them. I did use one to scrub my hands though and it did work well without irritating the skin.

I am quite happy with these silicone sponges and would recommend them to others.
