This lumbar support belt is very well designed and works perfectly for supporting my lower back. I have tried many different lower back supports over the years and like this one best. It is designed to be worn over or under your shirt. I prefer wearing it with an under shirt, so it is not directly on my skin yet out of sight when wearing an over-shirt. It will keep it cleaner as well, allowing it to last longer.
What makes this device superior is the removable and adjustable pressure disc which is mounted with velcro directly over the lumbar. I really enjoy wearing this device and am pleased with the purchase
