I rarely get merchandise I am this disappointed with. The quality of the pan is very cheap and the pan thin. The package it arrived was in perfect condition and the pan was well packaged with bubble wrap, however, the pan was dented all down one side so it must have been packaged dented from the factory. I simply returned it to Amazon for a refund as it was 50% off when I bought it. I really needed the pan and now will look elsewhere.
