This is a nice flashlight... but i wish it came with the battery. The "extra" keychain battery is very useful and convenient.. (it does come with batteries) I love the box that this set comes in also. It is very secure,with many latches and great for making this item a gift. If you decide to keep it yourself (like myself) The box is perfect for just about any small items that you constantly need a better place to keep them in. It has padding and is water tight with a small rpe (lanyard) attached. With a flashlight like this one you probably want to use the rechargeable batteries. This light does not come with the battery charger or batteries however it does comewith the plastic sleeve to enable you to use the rechargeable one,aswell as the adapter for the smaller (3) AAA batteries. All in all a good deal for the price. The larger light is zoomable and supposed to be waterproof. I have not yet tried out the waterproof function, I might give these as Christmas presents.
