OVER 60 & WANT TO FOCUS

This bottle of 30 natural Nootropic capsules is meant to sharpen memory and focus on tasks at hand. The bottle suggests the dietary supplement should be taken one pill in the morning. Containing 50mgs of Magnesium, it also has Zinc, Copper, L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, and Gotu Kola Herb Powder. There are cautions on the bottle regarding who should take it. It is made in the United States, and the stamp on the bottle states the container received is Lot #1608209, and EXP 08, 2018.

~ Why ~
Now that I am over 60 years old, I notice my brain is not as sharp as it once was, and I do less multi-tasking than I used to do. I have taken herbal supplements and find them of value. I like that these pills only have minerals and herbs. Since I no longer drink caffeinated beverages as I get the jitters from them, I am glad these do not have it. A plus about this supplement is that it is made in America.

~ Why Not ~
Those who are skeptical of non-prescription memory supplements may avoid this product. Others may be concerned that some of the ingredients will negatively interact with prescription drugs, so contacting a physician or pharmacist is recommended. Some may not like that the oblong white pill is almost an inch long so may be hard to swallow. The bottle’s label has no mention if it is produced at a GMP approved facility, but it states it is Lab Certified Quality.

~ Wish ~
It would be helpful if the bottle noted if the supplements need to be taken on an ongoing basis for the maximum outcome or only whenever needed to aid in memory. Containing more than 30 capsules for the 2 weeks to 1 month’s requirement would be helpful. Since the bottle date stamp is August, all pills should be taken within the next 3 months.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for a supplement for maintaining focus and memory, this is a wise option if you do not mind buying it often. I am sure it will offer some extra clarity with my day-to-day lifestyle, but I would have to purchase many months before being able to report any noticeable results.
