There are many different benefits of krill oil, including its ability to reduce inflammation, help with infant development, improve mood, boost digestive health, protect the heart and aid immunity, among others.
I had previously been trying fish oil that contained omega 3's to help prevent heart disease but I just could not tolerate the "fishy" aftertaste and all of the "fish burps" but the great thing with Krill oil is I can reap the benefit of omega 3's and don't have all those "fishy" aftertastes and burps.
