I like this coffee cup for a couple of reasons 1. It holds plenty of coffee 2. It keeps the coffee warm for some time 3. It helps stop those dam coffee shop anti disposable cups all of the place 4. It looks dam cool now .
I know there are some people who have complained about this coffee cup about problems with the lid...? Ive had none of them, unless these are going to come, but I cannot see howe. Does the bamboo split , I mean for the price it better not. The thing with these cups for me is I work hard and I wand it to fit in my cup holder and I want it to stay atleast warm for over an hour or two and this does, so this is why I like this large coffee cup.
If you have had problems with yours then contact the seller and ask them to sort it out. I have problems at work and some customers have problems with some things I do, but they contact me and I sort it out, so why dont you...?
