Customer service is wonderful, I had one it did't work but could be batteries

I got mine and the light didn't work it could be the batties and I can see if I go buy the 5 dollar batteries it may work. I, however, don't feel like something at this price o=point that come with batteries you should get dead batteries r therefore for I ask customer care about the light not working and they said they would make it right with me and have done so I am very happy they are fast and very caring
