Upgrade With An Upgrade

Have you noted new cellphones are getting smaller, but brands are coming out with XLs along with their newer phones. Also, some brands are also just going bigger; slender, but bigger in the perimeter. 

I gifted my oldest son my Samsung Galaxy S3 which was a massive upgrade from his first cellphone and I "gifted" myself a Google Pixel 3 XL. Quite a bit larger than the S3, therefore none of my holders worked along with chargers. So, my upgrade needed an upgraded cellphone holder in my truck.

Due to size and weight of the Pixel 3 XL, a stand-up holder wouldn't work due to top weight and definitely couldn't go the vent holder way.

SoulKoo's phone mount is quite impressive and sturdy with its triple reinforcement using a large silica gel base, plus a circle of adhesive silicone film and a suction cup. Fits perfectly snug on my dashboard.

Easy to install and has held up well so far even during the hotter days; gets over 100°F here for months. My dashboard isn't smooth either, slightly mottled with texture and the adhesion and suction has zero problems.

The holder itself consists of a spring that ensures the clamp holds your phone securely; to include sharp turns and sudden stops.

Holds my Google Pixel 3 XL in landscape mode; it can hold smaller phones in portrait though.
