BEST DEAL EVER

I purchased this as a gift and asked my friend to tell me what she thought of this product, this was her response:

I just unpacked this keyboard case and I am using it to write this review, it is amazing! I'm not sure if it's is real leather or not, but it feels very real and not at all cheap material.  The keyboard is a great size and I love how you can lock your screen, adjust brightness, and all sorts of things with the keyboard. Keyboard magnetized to the case and the iPad fits perfectly in the holder now I don’t have to worry about it dropping out. Love the case and the keyboard. I got the rose gold color and it looks sleek and seems sturdy. I Love the backlit keyboard that changes colors. It can also be easily used with other devices because the keyboard is magnetized. The keyboard is very easy to figure out how to use. It really is fantastic because it gives you the feel of a mini laptop, and stays propped up. I’m smitten. I’ve always been wary of keyboards for tablets because they’re usually uncomfortable to type on. I purchased this with the intent of using it casually for work and am pleasantly surprised at the quality feel and ease of use of this keyboard. The metal build makes it feel sturdy and the keys are easy to use vs some of the plastic key versions out there. The case closes with the keyboard not touching the screen which is a plus, others sets the keyboard right against the iPad screen. 

When kept generally in a flat position, the magnet holds the keyboard just fine. I like that I can move the keyboard around and that it's removable, so I can tote the iPad with me without the added weight of the keyboard if I'm not going to need it. The frame that the iPad fits into holds it in place very well and is soft and flexible which makes it easier to take the iPad in and out, but still tight enough to hold it in firmly. All of the portholes match up very well. There's an elastic strap on the exterior of the case which can be used either as a handhold while in use or I've also found that it's stretchy enough to pull around the entire case as a safety closure so that the cover doesn't flop open when carrying around. The case folds will fold either direction which I find handy for when I want to simply lay it flat. The case looks like a nice journal when closed and provides gentle (rubbery texture) but sturdy protection for my iPad. The plastic casing of my previous case left scratches on the edge of my iPad (from removal needed to charge/use without keyboard). I was also over the “hinge” design of my last case that wore out.
