I am very happy with these socks. I recently fell down the stairs (Oh so graceful me!) I have to wear a boot on my foot for 6 weeks. Of course you can't wear the boot to bed; but tossing and turning at night sends a sharp pain up my leg and wakes me up. I've started wearing these socks to bed and I'm so impressed! The socks not only keep my feet warm (Idaho nights are cold!) The compression isn't super tight but enough that my ankle bone stays protected.
I wear a size 9 womans and the Large/XLarge works great.
The socks stay in place all night. ALL day!! These do not budge one you have them on.
